Purr-fect Pets

Besides the cows that Ken & Corbyn bought at the previous owner's auction and the two llammas that came with the farm, we now are the grateful owners of some pets.

Two sweet little male orange kittens that the boys have named Tiger and Tom. Thanks Uncle Vic & Auntie Sandra!

... and yesterday, thanks to Uncle Gil & Auntie Deb who brought us a very well trained little female black lab whom we named Misty (it suited the weather the day they brought her):





Training and caring for these purr-fect pets will be good character training for our boys in return, I'm sure. It is nice to have time to enjoy these niceties of life.

There's a First Time for Everything!

Thursday a neighbor blessed us by helping us haul in the hay bales. Our first hay harvest!
