Monday, May 5th, I was encouraged by a friend - to continue having faith right to the last day, May 15th, as necessary.
A talk with our realtor disclosed the information that the interested party from Friday is still contemplating our place - she looked at three properties, one was a better location, but ours was all set up and ready to go with her plans/agenda. She has financing in place, investors that need to give their counsel on the deal...we'll keep you posted.
A neighbor/colleague called to be "neighborly" and in the process shared encouraging comments ... "Your place will sell, no problem, in this market!"
