We really enjoyed our turkey, thank you! I even got to tell my family I (maybe) even saw photos of it when it was alive and kicking. ;-)
Does it take long to get them done and ready for the freezer? Do you have a production line?

Our meat selling permit requires that our poultry is processed in a government inspected facility which we do not have on farm -- we take the birds away & pay the money to get others to do that job for us.
