Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Another successful experiment: Sun-dried tomatoes ... now how to use them?

They do make tasty snacks, but I know I've seen recipes that call for sun-dried tomatoes...just can't remember where. Any ideas? What do you use sun-dried tomatoes for?
