Ok Corbyn..my guess is that it is a sky lite window with water that has dripped through to make icicles or a hole in a roof with the sky showing through and icicles.
You were very close, A. Diana.
Grampa Klassen guessed: a 3 inch hole in a box (hole on top) with icicles forming on the inside, guessing the icicles are about 3 inches long.
This is close also, it is 1 square of the lattice that covers our deck which is about 3". The icicles are about 2" long with the sky above them.
So some good guesses!
