Saturday's Word

The Word of the Lord was again our encouragement as I read it on another blog that I've been following. Psalm 27:14 was the encouragement the Maxwell's received as they await the birth of their baby, but it also spoke encouragement to my heart regarding our Journey to the Future:

"Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD."

Again, I am reminded that God's Word is the Living Word - speaking encouragement into every situation.

I thought it interesting that I only applied this verse to our situation after reading the other post a second time, (to Ken after he returned home from the Farmer's Market), but I don't know that there is any significance to the timing of my application.
